1) The installation position of the micro brushless electronic pump should meet the requirements of the allowable vacuum height, and the foundation must be level and stable to ensure that the rotation direction of the power machine is consistent with the rotation direction of the micro brushless electronic pump.

2) When the miniature brushless electronic pump and the power machine are connected by shafts, ensure that the shaft centers are on the same straight line to prevent vibration and single-sided wear of the bearing when the unit is running;

3) If the belt drive is adopted, the axis should be parallel to each other and the belt wheels should be aligned.

4) If there are multiple units in the same machine room, there should be a distance of more than 800mm between the unit and the unit, and between the unit and the wall.

5) The suction pipe of the micro brushless electronic pump must be well sealed, and the elbow and gate valve should be minimized. The air should be exhausted when the water is filled and the pipe should not accumulate air during operation. The electronic pump inlet is connected, and the inlet should have a certain submersion depth.

6) The reserved holes on the foundation of the micro brushless electronic pump should be poured according to the size of the micro brushless electronic pump.
